Mictlan's Shadow (discounted)

This pendant was inspired by one of the symbolic animals of Mictlantecuhtli, the fifth Lord of the Night that rules the underworld in Aztec mythology. One of my favorite details about his appearance is that he would wear a necklace made of human eyeballs(which I hope to reinterpret in silver someday).

I've discounted this particular pendant because unfortunately it came with a few unintentional imperfections, like the way the crescent moon stamps are a little crooked(not that asymmetry is unnattractive; my eyebrows are a little asymmetrical and I kinda dig it).

Hand fabricated in sterling silver, and set with an Azurmalachite cab. Chain not included.
